GOOD NEWS NONECO MEMBER-CONSUMER-OWNERS‼️ Our residential rate for the billing month of November 2021 is Php 10.3367, a DECREASE of Php 0.7961/kwh from the previous month’s power rate of Php 11.1328.

This is a continuing result on the appeal of NONECO together with the sisters electric cooperative in Panay, and Negros ordering the DEFERMENT in the Collection of Congestion Cost and Line Rental until the restoration of NGCP damaged Cebu-Negros submarine cable.

Furthermore, said decrease is due to the REFUND of Congestion charges, and other applicable charges collected by IEMOP for the BILLING MONTH of JULY 2021 based on the Energy Regulatory Commission order to PEMC dated September 20, 2021.
