NGCP may implement Manual Load Dropping (MLD) today, March 30, 2022 starting 7:00PM in the franchise areas of NONECO.

7:00 PM – 1.5 MW
8:00 PM – 1.5 MW

As per NGCP attached letter, said MLD is a contingency measure to prevent the overloading of 138 kv Samboan-Amlan line 2 and Emergency shutdown of PCPC.

MLD is projected to last until 9:00PM or earlier tonight . Schedule may be cancelled if system condition improves.
