This is a result on the appeal of NONECO together with the sisters electric cooperative of Panay and Negros to the Energy Regulatory Commission ordering to stop the congestion cost, line rental charges, and implementation of market price intervention on high electricity market price of the electricity market due to the root cause – damaged submarine cable of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines affecting electric cooperative Member-Consumer-Owners.
